Richard Wentworth

I fell upon Richard Wentworth almost by accident this morning. I still recieve emails from my old tutor from Interactive Arts, Jane Brake, who is quite an aspiring person both academically and personally. She blogs information to the 3rd year students via wordpress and within this blog there is snippets of art information that are left to amuse and to interest oneself.

So my mini look around Wentworth's work has showed me that he creates art that is based within the inane and often subjective view of modern life. His work isn't a million miles away from mine wherein that I focus on the overlooked and ignored aspects of modern life. I do need to find some publication on his work tho.
